At KLM Travel Service we appreciate that the most important things for our customers are punctuality, friendly drivers, and clean and comfortable vehicles, all of which we pride ourselves on to maintain the high level of service we are known for. Once a booking is made you can relax and know that one of our professional and trained drivers will be waiting to take you, your staff or your clients, to their destination.
Meet and Greet
We operate a “Meet and Greet” service for collections at airports and travel terminals. To minimise complications we confirm the arrival time with the airline prior to setting out whenever possible, and we take the clients contact details so that we can be in communication with them if required. Our driver will meet the passenger in the arrivals hall and will carry a signboard to assist in identification. The driver will then take charge of any luggage and escort the passenger to the waiting car.
The same attention to detail will also be provided on your return back to the Airport or travel terminal, where the driver will drop you off as close to the terminal as possible and assist with any luggage if required.
Corporate and Social Events
Just because the client has been dropped off at their required destination does not mean our service ends there. In some cases the client may need further travel during their stay to business meetings or social events and these can be pre booked in advance or, in some cases, with a few hours’ notice.
Larger and Accessible Vehicles
In addition to our normal fleet of cars, we can provide vehicles for larger groups and passengers who require an accessible vehicle to meet all of your requirements.
